Chapter II

Break in Historical Trend

It is no secret that China and India are now the hottest investment places in the world and that these countries will hold a dominance of the world economy for years to come. Now if we go back a few years to the 1980s, that was when all the steel foundry jobs / companies moved out of the USA with many of them going to China. This is more than 20 years ago, which means that these companies and individuals have a great deal of influence, have a long term horizon and most important of all this tells us that this change from the USA to China and India was planned. Remember the Star Wars Defense plan that Ronald Reagan was promoting, that had missile systems that would destroy incoming missiles in space if they were launched at the United States of America. Well in early 2007 China has now blown up a satellite with a missile launched from earth. There has been a technology transfer that has taken place. Obviously, this too was planned.

Now looking at world events with the understanding that this change was planned and that world events are being controlled and invented so that eventually they can complete their plan. Well the fall in the US stock market around February 2007, because the Chinese Stock Index fell has an entirely different meaning. It was nothing more than a test to see if they were in control of world financial markets and to transfer some quick cash to the pre-positioned short sellers in the stock market from around the world.

What is this shift in historic economic trend that contradicts what we know about history? The contradiction is that capital from a capitalistic/imperialistic nation is being transferred to a communist nation - China. This contradicts the idea that capitalism is the agent of social ill and economic hardship throughout history. But instead it reveals that it is a philosophical view of individuals who hid behind the institution of capitalism. When the actions of China are observed in the marketplace China has actually embraced is imperialism and does not yet have a market based economy.

In more recent history this shift in our economic trend contradicts the reasons that the US went to war in WW II. It contradicts the reason that we fought the cold war against communism; and all other regional wars and conflicts against communism were also under false pretence. So what this means is that we are participating in a significantly large historical moment in world history - possibly one of the most significant historical changes in world history. That is, in the history of economics, Imperialism has turned on Capitalism.
